STEP 2: Install the app on your computer.
STEP 3: We get your permission to view and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
STEP 4: You provide us with the Teamviewer ID & Password. (password changes each time you close and re-open Teamviewer)
STEP 5: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

As soon as you close Teamviewer we no longer have access to your computer.
We will not be able to get back into your computer unless you supply the Teamviewer password again.
